Refund and Dispute Policy

Refund Policy

• Pre-Service Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel our services before the commencement of the consulting period as defined in the signed agreement, we offer a refund of any pre-paid fees, minus a $250 cancellation fee. To request a cancellation, clients must notify Next Bio Consulting LLC in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
• Post-Service Refund Requests: Given the nature of our consulting services, refunds after the commencement of services are generally not offered. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific terms outlined in the signed consulting agreement. If there are circumstances where a refund may be considered, these will be detailed within the agreement.

Dispute Resolution

• Initial Contact: Should any issues arise during our engagement, we strongly encourage clients to contact us directly as the first step towards resolution. We aim to resolve all concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction within the bounds of our agreed terms.
• Governing Law This policy, and any dispute arising from our consulting services, will be governed by the laws of Williamson County, Texas, US. The signed consulting agreement may further specify jurisdiction and legal venue.

Transaction Currency

At Next Bio Consulting LLC, we value transparency in every aspect of our business, including financial transactions. To maintain clarity and simplicity for our clients, all consulting fees, payments, and refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

At Next Bio Consulting LLC, ensuring the security of your payment information is paramount. We use FreshBooks and Stripe, leading platforms in secure online invoicing and payment processing, to handle all transactions with the highest level of security.
